To Vail Realtors:

http://www.bbc.com/capital/story/20150204-shortcut-to-style-and-wealth

In Colorado, let's rent out these things, to sell our ski resort properties. Instead of log furniture, elk antler chandeliers, let's pose our outdated chalets with rented, Italian, metallic ostrich leather sectional sofas, metallic, satin and crushed velvet curtains, Parisian street art paintings, from French universities' art professors.

Why not convert basements into high-tech, wine cellars? Let's rent those antique convertible, Rolls Royce cars from all the car shows, for property showings, and install antique, Edwardian, British street light posts on open/for sale properties. The younger, trust fund demographic from California would rather see creative displays of organically hand-dyed, metallic, ostrich feathers as a valance instead of traditional, Mission-style ones.

***Let's soften 90 degree angles, include 12 foot high, Aussie sculptures from acclaimed, Melbourne and Sydney's street artists, and have a higher-tech, abstract, Berlin, stainless steel kitchen with an ancient, samurai, Japanese dining hall. Please see if these can all be available for rent, to pose ski chalets.

Property fences can be designed to become high-tech moving, hydrogen fuel cell-lit, powered walls, fences with built-in wine cellars, wine tasting furniture attached to it also. Please include Middle Eastern antique tea houses as the inspirational, street art theme for those "convertible/high-tech" fences.***

Instead of wooden bookcases, why not consider hiring mixed-media jewelry artisans, to create aboriginal-inspired ones from Sydney's poorest, South Asian districts? They could also re-design the landscape gazebos, patios, outdoor waterfalls, and fountains with "300: Rise of an Empire" nautical, sculpture  theme.***
