There were at least four quantity of "430-..." license plates, Colorado state ones criminally stalking me today. They remind me of "420-ISS" or two percenter, ISIS. I tthink they're the three percenters, or that U.S. Navy jihadists' three "nipple" terrorism signaling. They're changing to "430" now, or having a "bloody merger" in Colorado. Hopefully, all GIA, GLA, ASG, ISL, ISS, and any other possible terrorist acronyms on license plates are brought in, to N.C.I.S. Some license plates have altered their "8" to look more like a capital letter "B" on purpose. The first "080" license plate looked counterfeit, because of that, today.
