Israel has not removed the Temple Mount and Dome of the Rock, in Old Jerusalem. Instead it has generously protected it from terrorism. However, the way in which it protects it is not often appreciated by Palestinians. There should be an intermediary between Israel and Palestine, ideally Egypt, which has successfully negotiated such sensitive, diplomatic talks between both parties in the past.

McCain is probably hoping for the President of the United States to get more Egyptian diplomatic talks between Israel and Palestine. This will set the foundation for peace by allowing both sides a safe venue to compromise. Compromise can then happen with the IMF Quota reforms, while addressing both Israel's and all Palestinians' safety. Palestine must participate in solving the Daish terrorist threats.
By renaming the ISIL terrorist organization, their public image/media branding is weakened. Therefore, at the least, promoting children's literacy regarding the new name, Daish, should be discussed at the Israeli-Palestinian diplomatic talks.
The U.S. military would be much safer with inclusion into Palestinian territory, to assess Daish activities there and provide the women and children with secure, satellite, radioactivity-sensing, camera phones, smart watches, to assist in monitoring for Daish or the Syrian Assad regime's chemical and nuclear weapons.
