The barometer for a successful student in the classroom, or on military bases, should be adaptable to each individual's personal strengths. Females are a valuable asset within the U.S. military, so their leadership skills are worth investing in, with industry-proven, vendor certification training. Leadership skills training, e.g. Cisco's PMP/Information Technology Project Management certification should be awarded to all leading petty officers within the U.S. Navy. The U.S. Navy must train every single LPO to have the highest-technology and management literacy.

***Please gather for an online petition with the Wounded Warriors, and U.S. Navy SEAL Foundation, to make this an immediate reality.***
