Frank Ortega has an excellent rapelling YouTube clip. Just type in "Tactical Rapelling For Military & Law Enforcement," in YouTube's search engine. Unfortunately, it's only in English. Hopefully, we can get paid, bilingual, Mexican-American, female Marines/veterans in law enforcement, who grew up in the barrios, to empower our impoverished, elementary school children by teaching them how to safely rapell at an indoor, rock climbing gym.
