Braised Fennel Bulb & Carmelized, Red Onion Tatins/Focaccinis on Afghani Flat Bread

This is a Headstart ESL Fundraiser Recipe:

Get freshly-baked, pre-made, fair-wage, Afghani flat bread, and brush it with organic, brown rice bran oil butter substitute. Put slices of organic fennel bulbs, organic red onion slices, and fully-cooked, finely-shaved, organic, boer goat & lamb gyros onto it.

Add drained, organic, baby artichoke hearts, sliced, onto it. Sprinkle with a bit of organic  gorgonzola cheese, and coarsely-ground, organic red peppercorns.

Then, bake it, until the fennel is golden-colored. Put dollops of fresh crema cheese onto it, with a generous sprinkle of fresh rosemary & chives, organic, finely-minced.

Finally, cut it into 1/2 the size of a deck of cards, for quick appetizers or fully-funded, year-round, bilingual, inclusive Headstart snacks.

Make sure the children have been taken to the bathroom, as part of compassionate, bilingual, potty training with a bilingual teacher's assistant. Make sure they're able to wash their hands, with river-safe, sensitive-skin soap and tepid, safe, drinking water, prior to eating.

Turn the hot water & hand air blower temperature down for them and get them non-slip, step stools to reach the sinks. They also can't be expected to always turn the water off. Please try to get them automated faucets at the poorest Headstart programs.

Also, try to make sure that the gyros makers all have affordable, inclusive, feminist healthcare and feminist literacy.
