Downeast Maine Carob Macadamia Nut Fudge Ingredients

Recipe is for 32 qty bars, each 2.5 cm:

8 TBL organic brown rice bran oil butter substitute

2 cups organic stevia powder

1 cup organic dark sugar, fair-wage, firmly-packed

1/4 tsp organic sea salt, finely-ground

1 cup organic, condensed, unsweetened, evaporated milk, ultrapasteurized, canned

1/2 cup organic Mexican vanilla bean syrup, stevia-sweetened, certified fair-wage

8 ounces mini-carob chips, stevia-sweetened

4 cups organic macademia nuts, from Hawaii, fair-wage
