Organic, Maine Rosehips & Organic, Napa Valley Muscat Grapes: Jam Recipe

This is a good jam for freshly-baked, organic scones with clotted cream.

4 cups organic, fresh, Maine rosehips (soaked, washed, for vitamin C and to help lower the glycemic load of the scones)

4 cups organic, fresh, Napa Valley muscat grapes (stems removed, soaked, washed)
*Substitute this with a lower glycemic load fruit, like organic, de-pitted, fresh, dark cherries.

2 cups water

3 cups organic, stevia powder

8 TBL organic, food-grade rose oil, fair-wage from Venezuela

2 cups organic, food-grade, natural vitamin E oil (for extra antioxidants and as a natural food preservative)

Directions:

Whisk the stevia and water together. Put that and the rosehips, muscat grapes into a large pot. Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes. Store in the fridge, in air-tight, water-tight jars. Old baby food jars can be reused for this recipe. Just soak the jars and lids in antibacterial hand dishwashing soap and warm water overnight. Then, rinse and wash them in the dishwasher with antibacterial dishwasher soap. Label and date the jars.
