Colorado must implement a statewide Oracle database with nanochip tracking for all nursing homes, and assisted living homes' addictive medications, and have tamper-proof security surveillance of all anesthesia, stockpiled painkillers, sedatives, ADD, and ADHD medications.

The sales tax profit from Colorado's medical marijuana clinics must be used for addressing Colorado's international drug cartels. They continually manage to illegally harvest and traffic human organs for the black market here. This isn't about marijuana, but about elderly genocide in Colorado by these drug cartels.

Too many elderly in Colorado have mysteriously died without reasonable explanation or independent autopsies, to aid investigators in stemming the flow of illegally-obtained human organs, and tissues to the international black market.
