Race for the Cure Choux Puffs: Chesapeake Bay Crab Cheese

We're going to make a pink, crab cheese mousse, similar to crab cheese wontons. It'll be naturally pinkened by the pasteurized, organic, heritage Mexican crema and organic, pomengranate mousse.

1. First, cut the tops out of the choux puffs from a previous recipe blog.

2. Then, fill each with a half-teaspoon of Aussie beet relish, organic, in the bottoms of the choux puffs.

3. Next, create the mousse:

Crab Cheese Mousse Recipe:

4 cups fresh/thawed, Chesapeake Bay Blue Crabs, claw meat only, steamed, fully-cooked, checked with a meat thermometer, then pureed

2 cups organic, pasteurized, Mexican crema cheese

5 cups heavy cream, unsweetened, pasteurized, organic, heritage, grass fed-only cattle

8 - 12 TBL organic, unsweetened, pure pomengranate juice (enough to color the mousse pink, so add one TBL at a time, as you whip the mousse with a mixer/hand-mixer)

4. Pipe the mousse into the choux pastry puffs with a large star point.

5. Arrange it into a large, pink ribbon, like the Race for the Cure logo. Make sure to get donated, wooden, organic, heritage, grass-fed only, small, cattle dairy, barn doors that have been replaced with donated, fireproof, steel doors.

***Place donated, organic, straw bales underneath the table tops.

Make sure the doors are lead-free, without nails, knobs or hinges.

Finely-sand them down three or four times, with donated, power sanders to the military veterans' and their families from Camp Lejeune, who are disenfranchised, impoverished, victims of HER2 malignant, breast cancer and prostate cancer.

Then, seal with organic, food-grade, liquid, beeswax spray.

***Finally, and, most importantly, don't forget to organize the entire U.S. military, veteran, financial community to move them and their families into a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 4,000 square foot, Habitat for Humanity house, with their children. Don't forget their grandparents also.
