2001, Scottish Construction (Concrete) Workers, In Kilts

In the first apartment I resided in, when I first moved to Colorado, (Mountain Run, Lakewood, Colorado) the property manager hired three Scottish concrete workers, prior to Sept 11, 2001. They wore kilts (red tartan) to replace the sidewalk there twice. Also, they verbally abused me about some wet concrete being damaged, and then blamed the children near me, without proof. Before, in the U.S. Navy, there were two Scottish Navy sailers on base, next to my N65 (I.T.) building, in Hawaii, who sexually harassed and were both physically touching me at six months pregnancy.
