Two Percenter All-Female Gang Signaling (Victoria: Chilean, Asian, DC Metro drug cartel)

I remember that Victoria, from my high school bus, mentioned on the bus that she was part of an all-female gang, before she tried to recruit me. There's also a two percenter group that is associated with all-women. She may be involved in the one percenter outlaw motorcycle gangs also.
