Crack-Addicted Teens In Evergreen, Colorado

At 3:10 p.m., yesterday, on Friday, next to the Conoco gas station, while picking up my son, I saw two, teenaged, walking, crack-addicted looking and acting, Caucasian, females with multiple, gang-signaling, facial piercings. Ten minutes later, approximately one half mile away, near the Wendy's, I saw another traveling, silver sedan, with two black stripes down the middle, like the road raging one I reported previously, in Northglenn, Colorado. This one was a different vehicle. This is in the area right across from an elderly, retirement community and Elk Meadows park.
