Estes Park Police Harassment

Three months ago, I was harassed in Estes Park, on I-25, Southbound, by a Caucasian, male, state patrol trooper. He was wearing a wide-brimmed hat, approximately 30 years old, 6'1, 195 pounds. He was different, because he was the one who liked using his loudspeaker.
