The higher dairy fat in yakow milk (UHT, USDA certified organic, free-range) can possibly be protective against developing asthma, especially for impoverished, malnourished, African-American children in the inner cities who have an elevated risk of that asthma. I hope we'll create a small 4-H yakow dairy and CSA organic farm for our inner city, African-American children, who routinely (purposely) get overdoses or miss their asthma medication due to overcrowded schools with racist school nursing staff and administration. There needs to be a class-action lawsuit, every week, in every single state for this too.
