Datura/Scopolamine Gang Signaling

Using phrases such as "dat" in place of "that" is a very subtle form of gang signaling for datura/scopolamine. I recall this phrase showing up frequently on the watchfloor, as the N6 COMSUBPAC OTAM supervisor, checking other states' OTAMs, and my local Broadcast's (sometimes "erroneous") transmissions.

Be cautious of the out-of-states' OTAMs that were angry abusers towards me (remotely). They used gang signaling language, such as, "wit dat..." in place of "with that." I knew two individuals by the last name "Witt" who later married each other. One had an "e" at the end of their last name. Both were active duty. One was a female, from Oklahoma, a deer hunter, who acted abusive towards me on the watchfloor also.
