Atlanta, Georgia To Pensacola, Florida: Amtrak Bus Driver Incident

While living in Georgia, I visited Pensacola, Florida via Amtrak bus by myself, but there was an incident in front of everyone. The driver fell out of his seat, while driving, temporarily unconscious (5 seconds), after being belligerent to me. At the last stop, there was (and at that time that he fell put of his driver's seat, still was) a child, a little, 6 year-old daughter of a U.S. military service member (belonging to a very poor, Army, enlisted, male, Caucasian, in his uniform).

Suspicious-looking (gangster-looking) people on the bus were feeding her (his daughter) french fries, but I didn't think it was safe, since they weren't in U.S. military uniforms themselves. I tried to get off at the previous stop, to get a meal for her from one of the fast food restaurants myself. The driver, an African-American, male, became abusive, so I wasn't able to get the little girl her own meal.

I can't know for sure if he was inebriated, but he also had progressively-worsening, extremely  slurred speech, announcing the previous three stop locations over the loudspeaker, before the incident occurred. It hadn't been slurred before that time. There was a tiny paper bag, near him, that he drank from also.
