ISIL/ISIS Military Tactics & Capabilities

http://www.al-monitor.com/pulse/originals/2014/06/iraq-isis-new-tactic-mosul.html#

Beyond rolling in with large numbers of military tanks, they block military supplies to the fragmented, Iraqi Army (composed of warring Shiite and Sunnis). They also seem highly skilled at psychological warfare, possibly by slipping large amounts of drugs to the cities'  food, medicine and water supplies. This probably helps them to recruit and train their (sometimes-kidnapped) adolescent and child soldiers more easily.

They probably hide their military tanks, construction equipment, small, chemical warfare planes, helicopters, weaponry, mind control drugs, hallucinogenic drugs, communications equipment and forces underground, in universities, hospitals, mosques and aid centers. Similar to the yakuza, and MS-13, they must have lured/drugged/paid off/recruited U.S. military hitmen/gunmen/jihadists, trained in psychological warfare, sabotaging communication systems, hacking/corporate espionage, ambushes, flank attacks, flying small planes, combat helicopters and training pilots.

With an almost nuclear warfare-capable Iran, wealthy oil jihadists from Saudi Arabia, Turkish jihadists' support, and highly-skilled, Western recruits (gangsters, drug cartels from the U.S. military), they are a much larger threat than the Obama Administration portray in the media. Even as a Democrat, I feel quite uncomfortable with this administration's lack of military experience. I would have preferred Gen. Petraeus in office/as the President.
