Chamblee, Georgia: South Vietnamese, Male Gangsters

At a pho restaurant with my son and Nathan H., there were three young, South Vietnamese, male gangsters threatening to beat us up for eating there. They were speaking in South Vietnamese dialect. This is the place where Jesse comes from, the abusive teacher's assistant at RRCC. The three gangsters were approximately 20 years old at the time, skinny, ranging from 5'4 to 5'6, short black hair cuts, jeans.
