Goat Meat Burritos

Have the goat meat ground up, along with wild boar meat. Use 50/50 of each. Blend it together, with 25% ratio of cleaned, finely-minced, white button mushrooms. Use organic ancho chili pepper powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked, Hungarian paprika, hatch chilis and Mexican oregano to season the meat blend. Use 1 tsp of sea salt, finely-ground, per pound of meat. Turn that into Mexican soft burritos, with organic, red corn tortillas. Sautee the ingredients in a garlic-infused, grapeseed oil.
