These people are definitely ISIL. They'll need to all be re-investigated by the CIA and NSA. Notice how they are headquartered in Santa Ana, including in Mexico by Top Secret, U.S. Navy, San Diego "A" School nuclear radioman schoolmates that I've suspected of ISIL activities.
