What to buy a Mom (for adults):
Remember that she needs that new dishwasher, extra large capacity, washer and dryer appliances. Get her a Home Depot, or Sears appliance store gift card, if you're in doubt.
Other ideas:
-Family arts center membership and an art day camp gift card for the children
-Piano lessons for all of the children
-A professional facial, with spa manicure and pedicure
-A professional, organic (non-toxic) steam carpet cleaning once every three months
-Someone hired to do all yard/lawn/landscaping/weeding
-A yoga mat, and nearby yoga studio membership
-If you're too poor to get any of those, just do laundry, cook and clean for her on weekends
-If you're her child, just draw a picture for her or make her a magazine cut-out collage. You can also try to trace your hand outline with a Crayola marker, and color it in for her. A supervised, nature walk leaf rubbing with a crayon is also a good idea. If possible, she would probably like a food-coloring dyed, dry macaroni elbow pasta noodle necklace.
