Porcupine Miso-Gingered Wontons, Fried

For porcupine meat, have it ground up. Then blend it 50/50 with ground, organic, turkey breast meat. Turn it into wontons, fried, using the wonton recipe from a previous blog post. Season it with 1 tsp of organic miso paste, 1 tsp of organic stevia powder, and 2 tsp of organic ginger paste per pound of meat.
