Ismaaiyl Brinsley: Muslim Radical Terrorist, AQAP or ISIL

I wonder where all of this radical Muslim, African-American, terrorist, Brinsley's prison mates are, because he kept slipping in and out of prisons in various states. He apparently traveled extensively throughout Massachusetts, Georgia, the Tri-states, Ohio, Maryland, California, Nevada, and probably more states that haven't been discovered yet.

Hopefully he left a digital trail, under his nickname, Brooklyn, with other Instagram, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter accounts, and all his associates' phone numbers. He got arrested so many times in Atlanta, Georgia and was in an Ohio prison also. Why was he released repeatedly from jails and prisons? How come Maryland let him go, after he shot his ex-girlfriend in the stomach, there? He abused his own mother also.

***I wonder if he's connected to anyone that I've reported. He shot an Air Force reservist ex-girlfriend in Owens Mill, MD, right before he was able to travel to NY, with help, and assassinated two minority police officers in his hometown, Brooklyn, NY. I bet he had terrorist funding from Mexico, and Canada.***
