Replacing Leprosy-Infected Armadillo With Domesticated Foods

In (Texan, Louisianan, Deep South) places with large populations of armadillos, why not create an organic Similac dairy, organic, boer goat, cornish game hen, farmed trout lakes, Iberico Spanish hams, and wild turkey farms? The armadillos can be gathered professionally, processed into animal feed, at high temperatures, so it's fully cooked. Organic cattail flour farms, mills can be created for the poor to have sliced, bread loaves.
