Re-Decorating Projects For The Home:

Re-decorating projects:

-Wrap light cork sheeting and use gorilla glue to attach it onto old lamp bases. Then, attach light, neutral beige, driftwood branches onto the base, with a drill, and tiny screws. Fabric spray paint the previous/old lamp shades in a medium, slate grey (greyish blue) color.

-Make a modern wreath and table centerpiece out of  porcupine quills.

-Sew new curtain covers (similar to a duvet cover) in medium grey, velvet, for insulated curtains in a new color. Use the old, dry cleaned curtains (or thrift store, cleaned, 100% wool blankets) for insulation, the button hole feature and a ruffle foot on the sewing machine. Wide tabs should be attached to the curtain tops, for hanging.

-Restore all the old wine & oak barrels, and convert them into planters. They can be cut in half, the insides reinforced with old, wooden pallets. Make sure they're cut in half, lengthwise, laid on their sides, with attached rolling wheels, for the decks, sides of patios. Place post-holiday, fragrant boughs of evergreen (after the Christmas wreaths, holiday tree is ready for mulching) into them. This can also be made from old canoes, kayaks, and old deck/barn/wood flooring planks. Old cabinets are perfect also.

-Hang dried, lavender bouquets up onto a ceiling beam.
