Southern Spiced Pecan, Crunchy Ham Glaze: Ingredients

-Maple syrup, Vermont, highest grade

-Southern-spiced pecans, ground to a powder

-Pineapple puree, only in natural juices or cherries, fresh, pureed

-Clove powder

-Cayenne pepper

-Jamaican spiced rum, fair-wage
