Artisan Mexican Cheeses, Organic, Ultrapasteurized

All of these cheese types (link at the bottom) would be great for a CSA Organic, Drought-wise, Goats' Milk Farm & Artisan, Organic, UHT Mexican Cheese project, run by the female, Mexican-American executives at the Department of Labor, similar to a Women's Bean Project, but for adult, female, English-language learners who are poor, illiterate, Mexican migrant farm workers.

They need to own and operate these businesses, as a large group (25,000 of them within the state of Colorado, with 2,500-acres). We need the federal funding to purchase: land, heavy machinery for construction and farming, organic, 25,000 nationally prized/awarded, breeding-age, milk goat livestock, livestock feed, artisan cheesemaking equipment, including UHT cheese factory equipment, electronic retail equipment, plastic blister packaging (airtight, watertight) machines, refrigerated transport vans, and shipping warehouses.

The recipients of the federal funding will need vocational and business management training to operate and run this in a cost effective manner for both the state and federal government.  We can include 25,000 DeVry University tuition fees, supply fees, student/campus fees and prescription eyeglasses in the federal funding request.

DeVry University specializes in flexible schedules, for adult students, business management education. Compared to most universities, there's a larger amount of nationally-accredited, DeVry campuses in most regions of the U.S. and they specialize in distance learning (fuel-free, eco-friendly) also.

Our only other option would be to continue allowing both the state and federal government to continue enslaving poor, illiterate, female, minority, migrant farm workers. This will need negotiated, competitive pricing, so we can afford it for at least 25,000 of our poor Mexican immigrants, who have brought food to our dinner tables at unfair wages, and oppressive, inhumane working conditions.
