(We need more blood, non-contaminated blood donations to victims of violent crimes, gang shootings, knifings, brawling at bars, nightclubs, drunk driving car accident victims, and IV drugs users' sexual violence, which elevates the community's HIV and Hepatitis C rates. The more well-monitored, and numerous  the blood banks, the higher the chances of survival).

Urgent Care Medical Centers, open 24/7, 3 qty

Public Health Clinic, Free and Sliding Scale, 24/7 hours also, 4 qty

Social Services Offices, 5 qty, with 10 bilingual, feminist social workers per office

5 banks, full-service, with bilingual tellers and bankers in Spanish and English, 2 international, 2 mid-sized and 1 small bank.

2 Pharmacies, each open 24/7

3 anchor stores, e.g. SuperWalmart, SuperTarget, Kmart, all open 24/7

Labor and Workforce Development Centers, 2, with Educational Centers for: GED, Naturalized Citizenship, Vocational Training, Basic Typing and Business Technology courses, free and inclusive to the entire public
