Mexican Caramel Flan in Phyllo Dough Blossoms

Mexican flan, sugar-free, with stevia powder, in a reduced-fat phyllo dough blossom would be a beautiful dish to try. You can form phyllo dough layers into artistic blossom shapes, baked in a giant muffin pan, to place the flan into.

This would be a good presentation for an organic, Mexican vanilla bean creme brulee also. Another variation could be Japanese vanilla bean ice cream, made from flavored, sugar-free rice milk.
