High-Altitude Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

For adult, pregnant females or military, pregnant females:

This is a smoothie recipe for adjusting to 7,500 feet altitude, or for sustained energy in the military. It's important to also hydrate with 4 liters of safe, drinking water per day and take a prenatal multivitamin, specifically recommended by your MD/DO doctor.

Eat whole-grains, and add complete proteins in healthy amounts, throughout the day. Smaller, more frequent, folic acid-rich meals and snacks will help with high-altitude adjustment for pregnant females.

4 cups organic, fair-wage, brown rice, toddlers' cereal

2 large, organic, fair-wage, ripe plantains, peeled, ends trimmed off on both sides

4 TBL Similac Advance Organic infant formula

2 cups organic, donated to soup kitchens/shelters/food banks, non-fat, pasteurized/UHT, evaporated milk, condensed, from cans

4 TBL probiotics, Nature's Way, Primadophilus Optima, capsules opened and probiotics powder mixed into smoothie

4 TBL lactase powder, to help with cows' milk protein, lactose digestion

1/3 cup organic chia seeds, dark

1/3 cup organic, food-grade, decaffeinated, green tea powder

1/3 cup Reserveage Organic's "Wholeganic Green" powder, USDA certified-organic

7 cups organic, coconut water, unsweetened

This is another, economical fundraiser recipe for funding larger, federally-funded, community food banks and organic, CSA farms to assist poor, illiterate, formerly-enlisted, honorable, US Army, illegally laid off, pregnant, minority women and their infants. They have been continually denied:

WIC

Food stamps

Social security disability

GI Bill and/or vocational rehabilitation

Wheelchairs

Prosthetics

Feminist, inclusive, medical care

Veterans' benefits, including disability compensation

Low-income housing

PTSD-friendly shelters for the homeless & battered mothers
