Kirin Beer-Battered Shrimp/Green Tomatoes/Okra

Kirin Beer-Battered Shrimp/Green Tomatoes/ Okra:

3 cups pineapple tidbits, pureed, organic, only in natural juices, high-fructose corn syrup-free, sugar-free
(The pineapple's acidity will help lower the flour's glycemic load. You can substitute this with pureed, organic tomatillos, fair-wage from Mexico also).

2 fresh, red, organic, Thai chili peppers, stems removed, de-seeded, washed, then finely-minced

1/3 cup of fresh, organic, cilantro & organic, fresh, Thai purple basil leaves, stems removed, soaked, washed, then pureed (50/50 ratio)

1/3 cup fresh ginger & lemongrass puree, available at Albertson's/King Soopers (50/50 ratio)

4 - 8 TBL fresh, organic, galangal root puree, peeled, trimmed, washed, then pureed

8 cups organic brown rice flour, fair-wage, and female, minority-owned, from a South Vietnamese great-grandmother

4 packets/cups of organic coconut cream powder, fat-free only, fair-wage from a female, minority-owned, great-grandmother in South Vietnam

8 - 10 cups of reduced-cholesterol, Japanese Kirin beer to help prevent food-bourne bacterial contamination in pork or shellfish
(Substitute with a fat-free, pasteurized, organic, buttermilk or donated milk powder turned into buttermilk to lower the glycemic load)

5 - 7 fresh, large, organic, heritage chicken eggs, beaten up, locally-raised, from bird-flu resistant coops and pens (completely roofed, metal screen-enclosed, and fire-proofed)
