Pho Lamb Pot Roast in a Crock Pot

Use Beef Broth, Pho Soup Base as the beef stock.

One five pound, boneless, skinless, leg of lamb, organic, free-range, from a small, minority, feminist farmer

8 cups of pho soup base, beef broth, from previous posting

8 cups of fresh, organic, peeled, baby carrots, put into crock pot during last 30 minutes of cooking time.

7 organic shallots, peeled, minced, added at last 15 minutes of cooking time

Serve with steamed, organic, fair-wage, red, forbidden rice.
