Rabbit or Cornish Game Hen Mustard Marinade

Put into a mixer/blender (for 2 whole, cornish game hens or 2 whole rabbits):

5 cups of organic, fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth

3 cups of organic chardonnay, Louis Jadot unoaked

2 cups of organic mustard seeds, freshly and finely-ground (with a spice mill, coffee grinder or mortar and pestle)

4 TBL of organic garlic powder, unsalted

4 TBL of organic black pepper, coarsely-ground

2 cups of organic, fresh sage leaves, fresh lemon thyme and fresh basil leaves, chopped into 1/4-inch pieces (washed, stems removed prior to chopping)
