Water-wise, Jamaican Cheeseburgers with Smoked Gouda

Water-wise Jamaican Cheeseburgers with Smoked Goats' Milk-based Gouda Cheese:

40 adult-sized servings

Ingredients:

10 pounds organic, ground yak meat, from a halal butcher & farmer
(Water-wise, lean red meat with a taste similar to beef)

10 pounds organic, ground boer goat meat, from a halal butcher & farmer
(From boer goats, aged six months or under)

16 cups fresh, organic baby bella mushrooms, washed, scrubbed, with bottom of stems trimmed 1/4-inch off. Then, finely mince the mushrooms to mix into the meat, so it's more tender and reduces the cholesterol.

10 TBL Walkerswood's Spicy, Jamaican Jerk Marinade

20 TBL organic garlic powder

20 TBL organic onion powder

10 TBL organic, finely-ground sea salt

Combine all ingredients like a meatloaf, kneading it for at least five minutes to incorporate all salt and dry seasonings evenly throughout the burger patties. Roll into a large meatball (1/4 pound per burger patty). Slightly flatten into a patty shape.

Grill and check with a meat thermometer.

Serve with sliced, smoked gouda cheese: pasteurized, organic, and goats' milk-based

Fresh, organic, washed sweet basil leaves (Italian)

Fresh, organic, triple-washed, baby kale

Fresh, organic, heirloom tomato slices:
Vine-ripened, assorted, red, orange and yellow-colored, soaked and washed before slicing

Australian organic beet relish (instead of pickles)

Whole-grain, reduced calorie hamburger buns
(Flat buns, not full-sized, thicker ones)

Organic tomato ketchup & organic dijon mustard (without high fructose corn syrup or sugars, stevia-sweetened, msg-free)
