Stevia Vanilla Milk Punch, Organic

Usually milk punch is served with bourbon, rum and sugar. This recipe is adapted for a more economical, sugar-free, eco-friendly and child-friendly fundraising supper. Serve it with a sugar-free, Mexican, fair-wage, organic cacao nibs/mini-crossants, or pain au chocolat.

Stevia-Sweetened, Children's or Non-Alcohol Milk Punch Recipe:

3 gallons of skim, organic, ultra-pasteurized, goat's milk, forified with extra calcium, vitamins A, and D

1 - 2 gallons of low-fat, stevia-sweetened, organic, ultra-pasteurized goat's milk-based, vanilla bean ice cream

4 cups of organic, ground nutmeg

8 cups of organic, fair-wage, Mexican vanilla beans, pureed with 4 cups of organic, food-grade, vitamin E oil as a natural antioxidant and food preservative

12 cups of organic stevia powder

Cook all ingredients together on medium heat, until ice cream melts, approximately 25 minutes. Allow it to cool for 20 minutes. Then, refrigerate in air-tight, water-tight, labeled serving pitchers for 4 hours. Finally, serve it in fair-wage, Mexican glasses, each half-filled with ice cubes.

***For garnishes:

Sprinkle a cinnamon, milk chocolate heart-shape on top of each drink.

Add a fair-wage, organic, Mexican vanilla bean or organic, fair-wage, extra-long, Mexican cinnamon stick to each milk punch, for stirring.
