New York State Should Pay Victims' Families At Least $15 Million Dollars Per Victim

I hope that the state of New York pays each African-American victims' family at least fifteen million dollars, U.S.D., tax-free, per victim, for their hate crimes against the African-American community. Nothing can bring the victims back, but it's time to pay for what they have committed against these innocent victims, and their families. They are now orphaned, because of legalized genocide, continual oppression, and enslavement against the poor, African-American families.
