I wonder if these "smart drugs" could help our traumatic brain injured, and PTSD, disabled veterans? Could there be enough funding for a double-blind study for these drugs' effectiveness and safety, in treating those two conditions? Could these drugs safely help Down's Syndrome, autistic, crack babies, preemies, and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome children?
