It's critical to hire Red Hat certified, UNIX programmers, switch 75% of staff at Sony to Gentoo, or Ubuntu, a more stable, UNIX-based, freeware, that's less prone to viruses, malware, and spyware. Phishing emails, texts, and phone calls from unverified "I.T. employees" have also contributed to this vulnerability.
