I hope they can build an earthquake-proof, (Supermax-capable) luxury hospital, for 100,000 people (private hospital suites) off the coast of San Francisco, California. It should be available in the event of an emergency, on the scale of 9/11.
It could be used by Project Angel Heart & the U.S. Navy to care for AIDS victims: infants, toddlers, children, and their families. It would need to be Supermax-capable, due to the tragedies of Hurricane Katrina, with the violent prisoners, ex-convicted and registered sex offenders who were preying upon innocent children of all ages.
It could cost $200 million dollars to build, so obviously too costly, unless it could be purchased/owned, for leasing by Homeland Security. It wouldn't make any profit either, but it's the right thing to do this Christmas. It's a season of caring and sharing. Please ask all Homeland Security, U.S. Navy, enlisted service members' grandmothers, great-grandmothers, and pregnant wives, if they agree that it needs to happen.
***Are there any (nuclear radiation-free, chemical weaponry-free, biological weaponry- free, asbestos-free, lead-free, killer mold-free) decommissioned ships available for donation from the U.S. military and our generous allies in the meantime?
Homeland Security needs to re-investigate and install diving/water-proof, night vision, geothermal, audio, visual-capable, security cameras with GPS nanotech sensors for: natural disaster activities, nuclear radiation, biological and chemical weaponry in all decommissioned ships, barges belonging to the U.S., and our allies which could be harboring ISIL fugitives also.***
