I was stalked a couple months ago by multiple cars with Chantilly, VA license plate frames, and Virginia plates on the rear, in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. All of Tora Duong's people, including all the multiple Hanh Nguyen's, rapist/pedophile, William Otto McDonald, from Chantilly, VA high school, Clifton, Va, & Fairfax, Va, and Falls Church, Va, when I was a teenager in the delayed entry program (U.S. Navy) will need to be brought into N.C.I.S. Please get search and arrest warrants for all of them, their people, their employers and former employers.
