Chiray, a Californian, liberal, feminist, female, Asian-American, Jungian psychology student intern from Fairfax County, Virginia's Social Services (who worked in the same office with Iranian terrorist, Rouyan Jones) was left unsupervised with the FCHS Rap Program, an anti-drug, anti-gang, afterschool program for the impoverished, African-American community.

There, I personally witnessed Chiray flirting inappropriately with the minority boys, mostly African-American, who were high school teenagers, similarly to Ms. Lori Bucco/Bouchard. The latter preferred Caucasian, female and Caucasian, male, high school students.

This isn't an isolated event, because when my son was one, his maternal, great-grandfather (Julian/"Barney" Rier) told me, in person, in the dining room, that the high school, female teacher in Lubec, Maine, had recently been investigated for sexually molesting her Caucasian, male, and Caucasian, female students. Some of the School Board's Riers were investigating that, and there were:

-Criminally-stalking, Caucasian, high school students who frequently partied at the end of Julian, and Becky Rier's driveway.

-San Diego, Californian, new residents who were criminally stalking me in Lubec, Maine (Caucasian, thirties, female, with a teenager, a daughter).
