While in my second trimester of pregnancy, at the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, an African-American, young/twenties, man, who did my chest x-ray (to check me for TB/tuberculosis), tried to steal my jade, and 18 kt gold Buddhist, Kuan Yin necklace, which was my only family heirloom, given to me by my mother. She wore it during her pregnancy with me. I wore it during my pregnancy with my son.

Please bring him to N.C.I.S., and the young, African-American, man, who harassed me, and witnessed the birth certificate signature for paternity, of my son. The latter was an abusive, criminally stalking, TAMC employee, at my son's birth, and needs to be brought to N.C.I.S.

Asian-American Navy sailor, Heather Eng, from my COMSUBPAC N6, N65, barracks was also an abusive criminal stalker, and one of Edward Louis Espree's circle in California. Please bring them all in, along with all of their people to N.C.I.S., the ISIL counter-terrorism interrogators also.
