To D.E.A. S.O.D., & All Law Enforcement In Colorado:

Be careful of the lookalike and dressed alike, with same breed, small, five pounds, grey, terrier dog from Tanya Tinnin Wilkinson's next-door neighbor in Thornton, Colorado. The man there, Caucasian, grey, short, straight hair, with US Navy baseball cap (blue), resembled Linda Duong Whitmore's Westminster, Colorado,  Archstone Apartments neighbor, including their appearances, styles of dress, dog breed/possibly therapy dogs, and U.S. Navy baseball caps.

They were both approximately 5'10, 185 pounds also. They have different voices, slightly different faces, different personalities, and are not the same individuals. Perhaps the VA ordered Freedom Dogs for their therapy, which came from the same litter, since they're in the same general area also. Remember that poor people can usually only afford mass-produced clothing from Walmart, Kmart, or Target. Veterans tend to like the same maintenance-free, military-styled haircut, short, sometimes.
