There was a white U.S. Embassy van and officials (Caucasian, male, thirties) seated next to me at J's Noodles (Thai lunch place, Denver, off of Federal Blvd, when Anthony, Nathan and I were eating there once), in 2005, and they were there before us, in the parking lot. They came in after us though, into J's.
