The lack of funding for "Hershey's," charitable/scholarship, year-round, feminist, I.B., bilingual (Mexican Spanish, American English), boarding schools in the inner cities, especially in East and West Oakland, California, has contributed to this riot. It's time for 10,000 feminist, female, minority, African-American, National Guard, and 5,000 D.E.A. agents to be stationed for four years in East and West Oakland, California.

Maybe they can call up an additional 10,000 female, African-American, feminist, Coast Guard, to prevent further violence there in East and West Oakland, California. They all need to be permanently stationed there for four years, to save our impoverished, traumatized, illiterate, malnourished children of all ages there. It's important that they all wear civilian clothing and have unmarked vehicles also.
