As I remember how absolutely trustworthy,  wonderful, kind, gentle, professional, and intelligent RM1 Dean was from COMSUBPAC N6, I feel the opposite regarding RRCC, Lakewood, Colorado, Vice Police Agent, Flanagan, from my Psychology II class. I think I better inform N.C.I.S. that Vice Police Agent Flanagan participated in criminally stalking, abusing and interrogating me regarding my Top Secret, U.S. Navy service.
