The Evergreen, Colorado family medical clinic with Dr. Buchwald, had a Trinia Hunt-resembling receptionist. She told me in person, in her reception area, that she had a psychotic episode following a prescription that the nurse practitioner, Monica had given her. I don't know what pharmacy filled her prescription, but they must be investigated, in case it was deliberately tampered with at the pharmacy, factory, or someone around her slipped her ketamine. This was in autumn, 2004.
