What if there was a 20,000 student capacity, Hershey's boarding school system in St. Louis? I wonder why people turn to violence, beyond drugs? I read that many of these teenagers never have had a healthy, stable father figure, except for the judge they see, for committing their crimes. They're sometimes sold on the human black market, which causes HIV, Hepatitis C contaminations into the legitimate organ, tissue, blood, & embryonic stem cell donations.
Is it that they were addicted in-utero to prescription and illegal drugs? Do they truly have tumors pressing against their frontal cortex, or a poorly developed frontal cortex? Some articles I've read suggest adult, violent prisoners do have neurological factors, that contributed to their violent behavior. I wonder if they could be given a brain scan, to find out if their neurological development is affected by a tumor, or if they have some type of underdeveloped or defective frontal cortex?
